The LPC Girlfriends (Womens Ministry) will meet to discuss our favorite books at Camille’s Sidewalk Cafe`(on 15th Street west) on Friday, November 27th at 7pm. We have the Fireside Room reserved for the night. You can buy dessert and drinks there. Remember to invite a girlfriend!

All women of all ages are invited to our monthly meeting of Girlfriends. This month we will meet on Friday October 30, 2009 at 7 PM. We will do a service project for our community. Please bring a snack and drink to share!
Girlfriends Cook A Dinner

Attention all Girlfriends. Come out at 5:00 PM on Friday April 24, 2009 as we cook a meal together. We will use recipes from our own “In God’s Kitchen” cookbook that was created for the LPC 40th anniversary. The cost to cover the ingredients is only $5.00. Please sign up and pay with Ruth Brenneise by April 19th if you plan to come. If you cannot come to cook, then come and enjoy the meal at 7:00 PM, only $5.00 too!
Girlfriends Go Shopping

We are headed to the Los Angeles Fashion District for a day of shopping. Hopefully, we will find great bargains. We are leaving from LPC at 10:00 AM on Saturday April 18, 2009. We will carpool down together, so put on your walking shoes and bring cash as we make a day of it. Please let Ruth Brenneise know if you plan to attend.
